Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to help financial institutions manage cybersecurity risk in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. You will bring a strong foundation in financial‑services cybersecurity and risk management, with exposure to digital assets, blockchain, and Banking‑as‑a‑Service.

You will lead engagements, translate complex risks into practical recommendations, and collaborate with clients and Crowe teams. Mentorship and growth are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, or security consulting.
• Experience in financial services (banking, fintech, payments, etc.).
• Broad exposure to emerging financial technologies (digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, custody, embedded finance, BaaS).
• Ability to translate risks into practical client recommendations.
• Experience leading engagements from planning to reporting; strong communication & PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, and operational-resilience engagements for financial clients.
• Evaluate evolving technologies for cybersecurity implications including digital assets and blockchain.
• Assess risks related to digital‑asset custody, key management, wallet infra, APIs, cloud, and third parties.
• Translate complex risks into practical recommendations for clients.
• Governance, controls, incident response, business continuity across ecosystems.
• Mentor juniors and grow Crowe's cybersecurity capabilities.
