Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Cyber Strategy practice to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements for diverse industries. You will assess programs, design target operating models, and deliver executive-level recommendations aligned to business objectives.

In this role, you will manage workstreams, guide teams, and contribute to business development while staying ahead of regulatory developments and emerging threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, strategy, and operating models.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS).
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
