Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead and shape strategic cybersecurity initiatives for diverse clients. You will assess programs, design target operating models, and deliver executive-level recommendations that align security with business goals.

The role combines client engagement, team leadership, and business development within EY's Cyber Strategy practice. You will work with senior leaders to translate insights into actionable plans, monitor industry trends and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy development.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, policies, and controls to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations aligned to business goals.
• Manage engagement workstreams, mentor teams, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery.
