EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs and align security with business objectives across industries. You will lead engagements, guide governance structures, and deliver executive-level recommendations that transform security capabilities.

You’ll work with EY’s Cyber Strategy team, focusing on strategy, governance, risk management, and operating model transformations, while collaborating with cross-functional professionals to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field with 5+ years experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance & risk management, security strategy & roadmap development, operating model design, policies & controls.
Knowledge of NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
Willingness to travel 25-50% as required by client engagements.

Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Develop strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
