Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead and shape cybersecurity programs, align security investments with business goals, and improve enterprise resilience. You will drive engagements, develop strategies and roadmaps, and advise executives across multiple industries.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage teams, and contribute to business development while staying attuned to regulatory requirements and emerging threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field and approximately 5+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance and risk management, security strategy and roadmap development, and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and control environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets.
