Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead engagements that strengthen cybersecurity programs and align security with business objectives. You will guide governance, risk, and transformation initiatives across industries, working with client leadership to drive tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing workstreams, mentoring teams, and translating threats and trends into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field with ~5+ years of experience.
• Graduate degree with ~4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, and strategy.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA and client-facing engagements.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% as required by client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, and controls.
• Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams, teams, and client delivery within budgets.
