Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Cyber Strategy practice to lead and shape cybersecurity programs for clients across industries. You will assess programs, develop target operating models, and deliver executive-level recommendations that align security with business goals.

You will manage engagement workstreams, guide teams, and contribute to business development while monitoring threats, regulatory developments, and industry trends to provide actionable guidance within EY's hybrid, client-serving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field with ~5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance and strategy development
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001 etc., HIPAA/FISMA/GLBA familiarity

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance and transformation engagements across industries.
Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
