Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Cyber Strategy practice to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements for diverse industries. You’ll assess programs, align security investments with business objectives, and build target operating models and roadmaps to lift enterprise resilience.

You will manage engagement workstreams, guide teams, and deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets, while monitoring threats and regulatory changes to advise executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and controls to identify gaps.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, roadmaps and executive recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, ensure timely and budget-aligned client service.
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments; translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
