Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to guide cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements for diverse clients. You will lead teams, assess programs and controls, and recommend actionable improvements aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management, with travel 25–50% and a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, strategy and roadmap development.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance, policies, and controls to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure timely, high‑quality client service.
