Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead engagements across cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, and operating model transformation. You will guide senior client leaders, assess programs, and develop strategic roadmaps while managing teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience; or 4+ with graduate degree
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements
• Assess programs, operating models, and control environments to identify risks and gaps
• Develop strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure timely delivery within budgets
• Monitor threats and regulations and translate insights into actionable guidance
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership
