Job summary

EY’s Cyber Strategy practice seeks a Manager to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements for diverse clients. You’ll align security programs with business goals and drive enterprise resilience in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You’ll manage engagement workstreams, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while staying abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry frameworks. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree and 4+ years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, and strategy.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FISMA, and GLBA.
• Experience supporting client-facing cybersecurity engagements.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs; travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements.
• Assess cybersecurity programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and control environments.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal efforts, account growth, and thought leadership.
