Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to guide clients through cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operating-model transformations across industries. You will assess programs, develop roadmaps, and deliver executive guidance aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, strategy, and operating model design.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance, policies, and controls to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure timely client deliverables and budgets.
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable client recommendations.
