Job summary

Mindgrub Technologies is seeking a Marketing Sales Executive, known as the Engagement Director, to drive revenue in the Cyber security vertical. You’ll sell digital marketing, design, and AI services to cyber-security clients, leading pitches and coordinating with production teams.

The role requires travel to Northern Virginia, a related degree or equivalent experience, and a proven ability to close large deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the services and technologies Mindgrub offers.
• Experience in the Cyber Security field or sales to Cyber Security vertical.
• Experience using and maintaining CRMs/sales software.
• Proven track record of closing large account deals.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Mindgrub’s relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and profit for marketing and design services.
• Identify, qualify, and procure new Cyber Security clients to diversify revenue and profitability.
• Understand and comply with client-specific pricing requirements while meeting profitability targets.
• Use Mindgrub’s CRM for all leads, prospects, and client contacts to ensure exposure to campaigns and events.
• Lead pitches and proposals, draft response content, and collaborate to develop strategies for client growth.
• Educate clients on Mindgrub’s marketing offerings including digital, branding, SEO/SEM, and website design.
• Support kick-off meetings between sales, production, and clients.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure client and project health throughout engagements.
