Mindgrub is seeking an Engagement Director for Cyber Sales to lead strategic client engagements and drive revenue growth in the cyber security sector. You’ll own end-to-end sales cycles, craft proposals, and collaborate across marketing, design, and engineering to deliver secured outcomes.

Based in Northern Virginia with remote work options, you’ll travel as needed, manage key accounts, and close complex deals with sizable revenue targets. Competitive base plus commission with strong OTE.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional business certifications are a plus.
• Experience in selling to Cyber Security verticals and knowledge of cyber security services preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience using and maintaining CRMs/sales software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand Mindgrub’s relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and profit for marketing and design services.
• Identify, qualify, and procure new Cyber Security clients to diversify revenue and profitability.
• Lead pitches and proposals, draft response content, and collaborate with teams to develop strategies.
• Educate clients on Mindgrub’s offerings across marketing, design, digital services, and more.
