Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Manager within the DDAT Cybersecurity GRC team to define and execute programs across the enterprise. You will develop controls, coordinate audits, and provide actionable metrics to senior leadership to enhance overall resilience.

You will partner with IT and business units, educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks, and drive improvements across incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber resiliency, internal audits, risk management or regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and financial reporting implications.
• 3+ years in audit methodologies, control testing and project management.
• 1+ years of cloud technologies experience.
• 1+ years of program management including strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procedures to support cybersecurity resiliency activities and meet deadlines.
• Develop processes for regulatory, internal audit and industry-standard assessments.
• Coach stakeholders on cyber resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Define risk management policies to support enterprise resilience controls.
• Prepare and submit cyber resiliency metrics to management and regulators.
• Oversee assessments measuring control effectiveness and report results.
• Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top cyber risks.
• Contribute to secure architecture for incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity.
