Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cyber Resiliency leader for its Digital, Data, Analytics & Technology (DDAT) Cybersecurity GRC team. You will define strategies, coordinate risk assessments, and drive controls across the enterprise to ensure regulatory compliance and strong resiliency posture.

You’ll educate stakeholders, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and partner with senior leadership, Legal, Internal Audit and external assessors to optimize resiliency and testing programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber resiliency, internal audit, or risk management in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and financial reporting impact.
• 3+ years audit methodologies, control testing and project management experience.
• 1+ years of cloud technologies experience.
• 1+ years of strategic program management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cyber resiliency activities and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Develop processes for regulatory audits and internal assessments.
• Coach stakeholders on cyber resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Develop risk management policies to support enterprise controls.
• Prepare and submit cyber resiliency metrics to management and auditors.
• Oversee assessments to measure control effectiveness and report results.
• Educate stakeholders on risk frameworks and top cyber risk areas.
• Contribute to secure architecture for incident response, DR, and BC.
