Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cyber Resiliency leader to guide the DDAT Cybersecurity GRC team, defining procedures and aligning with senior management, Legal and Audit. You will drive compliance with NIST frameworks, educate stakeholders, and manage cross‑enterprise resiliency programs.

This role emphasizes risk-based controls, metrics reporting, and collaboration with external assessors, ensuring resilience across IT and business processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cyber resiliency and related activities in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and financial reporting implications.
• 3+ years of audit methodologies, control testing, and project management.
• 1+ years of technical cloud technologies experience.
• 1+ years of program management including strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing procedures to support cyber resiliency activities with schedules and deadlines.
• Develops processes for regulatory, internal audit and industry-standard assessments.
• Coaches stakeholders on resiliency requirements and industry best practices.
• Defines risk management policies and controls across the enterprise.
• Oversees preparation and submission of resiliency metrics to management, auditors, and regulators.
• Oversees assessments to measure effectiveness of resiliency controls and remediation.
• Educates stakeholders on risk frameworks and top risks for cyber resilience.
• Contributes to secure architectures for Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
