Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Cyber Resiliency professional to lead and execute on strategic direction for the DDAT Cybersecurity GRC program. You will manage procedures, coordinate audits, and educate stakeholders on resiliency controls across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include developing risk-based policies, producing metrics for management and regulators, and partnering with IT and business teams to strengthen cyber resilience and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber resiliency, internal audit or risk management.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and implications for financial reporting.
• 3+ years in audit methodologies, control testing and project management.
• 1+ years of technical experience in cloud technologies.
• 1+ years of program management including strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Managing procedures to facilitate and support cybersecurity resiliency activities and deadlines.
• Develops processes to support regulatory, internal audit and industry standard assessments and audits.
• Coaches stakeholders on resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Defines risk management policies to support resiliency controls across the enterprise.
• Oversees preparation and submission of resiliency metrics to management and regulators.
• Oversees assessments to measure the effectiveness of resiliency controls and reports results.
• Educates stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top risks for cyber resilience.
• Contributes to secure architectural solutions for Incident Response, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
