Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Program Manager to define and execute operational activities for the DDAT Cybersecurity GRC team. You will guide colleagues, develop controls, and coordinate with IT and business partners to align with NIST standards and regulatory expectations.

You will oversee audits, report metrics, educate stakeholders, and influence across departments to strengthen cyber resilience, incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber resiliency, audit, risk or compliance.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and their impact on financial reporting.
• 1+ years of cloud technologies and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procedures to support cybersecurity resiliency activities and meet deadlines.
• Develop processes to support regulatory, internal audit and industry assessments.
• Coach stakeholders on cyber resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Define policies and controls for enterprise resiliency programs.
• Prepare and submit resiliency metrics and reports to management and auditors.
• Assess effectiveness of resiliency controls and report results.
• Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top risks.
• Contribute to secure architectural solutions for incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
