Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Senior role to lead the DDAT Cybersecurity GRC program. You will guide cyber resiliency across the enterprise, develop controls, and coordinate audit requests with IT, Legal, and Internal Audit.

You will deliver actionable metrics and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and remediation. The role requires deep experience in cyber resiliency, internal/external audit familiarity, and cloud technologies, with a focus on healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cyber resiliency related activities and regulatory/compliance experience.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security frameworks and implications for financial reporting and controls.
• 3+ years experience in audit methodologies, control testing, and risk assessments.
• 1+ years of cloud technologies experience.
• 1+ years of program management including strategic planning and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute cyber resiliency activities and develop schedules to meet deadlines.
• Develop processes for regulatory, internal audits and industry standard assessments.
• Coach stakeholders on cyber resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Define policies to support enterprise-wide resiliency controls and risk management.
• Oversee reporting of resiliency metrics to management and regulators.
• Coordinate assessments to measure effectiveness of resiliency controls and remediation.
• Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks and key risks for the systems and lines of business.
• Contribute to secure architectural solutions for incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity.
