Job summary

CVS Health's Digital, Data, Analytics & Technology (DDAT) Cybersecurity GRC team seeks a seasoned professional to define operational activities and execute strategic cyber resiliency initiatives across the enterprise.

You will work with IT and business partners to educate on controls, coordinate audits, and deliver actionable metrics, while collaborating with senior management, Legal and external assessors to ensure alignment and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cyber resiliency activities, internal audits, risk management, regulatory compliance, or healthcare program management in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and their implications for financial reporting and controls.
• 3+ years experience in audit methodologies, control testing, risk assessment and project management.
• 1+ years of commercial cloud technologies experience.
• 1+ years of program management including strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing procedures to facilitate cyber resiliency activities and meet deadlines.
• Developing processes to support regulatory, internal audit and industry standard assessments and audits.
• Coaching stakeholders on cyber resiliency requirements and industry best practices.
• Defining or developing risk management policies to support enterprise controls.
• Overseeing preparation and submission of cyber resiliency metrics to management and regulators.
• Overseeing assessments to measure control effectiveness and reporting results to owners.
• Educating stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top risks affecting systems or business lines for cyber resilience.
• Contributing to secure architectural solutions for incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
