Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Lead within the DDAT Cybersecurity GRC team to define operational activities and ensure compliance with NIST. You will coordinate with IT, Legal, and Audit Services to drive resiliency across the enterprise in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will lead efforts to develop controls, metrics, and processes, and mentor stakeholders on resiliency best practices while partnering with senior management to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cyber resiliency, audit, risk or regulatory experience in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security compliance frameworks and financial reporting implications.
• 3+ years of audit methodologies and control testing experience.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud technologies.
• 1+ years of program management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage procedures to support cybersecurity resiliency activities and meet deadlines.
• Develop processes for regulatory, audits and external assessments.
• Coach stakeholders on cyber resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Define policies to support enterprise resiliency controls.
• Submit cyber resiliency metrics to management and auditors.
• Oversee assessments to measure control effectiveness.
• Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top risks.
• Contribute to secure architecture for incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity.
