Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to lead pre-sales engagements, scope complex opportunities, and build compelling service quotes in support of Rubrik’s platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and delivery teams to drive larger deals and ensure post‑sale success.

The role requires deep knowledge of data protection, cloud, and cyber resilience, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security concepts are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities, scoping engagements and building the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings and value.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate turnaround.
• Coordinate with delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian teams to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Services Specialists.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
