Qualifications

• Volunteer Experience: paid or unpaid experience counts toward qualifications.

• Education: No substitution of education for GG-13.

Responsibilities

• Directs, tracks, and manages IT program plans, milestones, and project execution schedules.
• Develops program acquisition documentation and monitors contractor execution as COR.
• Reviews milestones and read-ahead materials to ensure compliance with DoD/DISA standards.
• Oversees strategic programming, budget preparation, and financial tracking for IT projects.
• Prepares detailed reports and briefs top-level management on progress and trends.
