Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator in the United States. You will coordinate security incident responses, apply incident-management techniques, and work with cross-functional teams to protect EY and client data.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and hands-on cybersecurity abilities, with on-call responsibilities and a hybrid work model across EY’s global technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident response within security operations centers (SOC) and related support functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, diplomacy, and decision-making under pressure.
• Familiarity with forensic concepts, log analysis, and incident lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response to cyber incidents and manage incident handling across teams.
• Liaise with businesses, partners, vendors, and other security teams; manage on-call rotations.
