Wipro Limited is looking for a Cyber Defense Manager in Cincinnati to drive enterprise network security initiatives and support RFP/RFI engagements while collaborating with senior leadership across technology domains.

You will lead a cybersecurity operations team, implement data protection and cloud security controls, and guide governance programs to improve security posture across on-premise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security or related field.
• 8–10 years in security operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations with focus on data protection and cloud/network security governance.
• Drive cross-functional security initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute security strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee security controls lifecycle including data discovery, encryption, labelling & masking.
