Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst for our global security operations center. You will triage, investigate, and respond to real-time security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud environments.

You’ll produce clear communications, support remediation, and contribute to evolving processes with a focus on AI-enabled workflows and secure architectures. Remote/on-site hybrid work is available in PST or MST time zones.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in a CS or security-related field is required.
• Foundational knowledge in incident response and security events.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK frameworks and attack vectors.
• Understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with network protocols and log analysis.
• Ability to work in real-time security operations and triage.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints and cloud environments.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Develop and improve detection and remediation processes.
• Analyze telemetry and forensic artifacts to determine scope of compromise.
• Contribute to tactical and strategic remediation efforts.
