Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated analyst to protect customers by detecting and responding to incidents in real-time. You will triage across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud, and perform forensic and malware analysis to determine root causes and remediation steps.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Information Security or related field.
• Experience in incident response, threat monitoring and security investigations.
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and attacker TTPs.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and artifacts to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop improved incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Communicate clearly with customers during incident response.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal findings to customers and internally.
