Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated, self-driven Associate Analyst to protect organizations against advanced threats. The role supports real-time incident response across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud environments.

Candidates should possess foundational IT/security knowledge and strong communication skills, with a focus on AI-enhanced decision-making and proactive security workflows. This is a remote, full-time position aligned to PST/MST timezones.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security or related field.
• Experience with incident response processes and security event investigations is preferred.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and enterprise IT environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear communications to customers and internal teams as first point of contact.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud services.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and forensic artifacts to determine scope of compromise and support remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and provide actionable guidance to customers.
• Contribute to improving incident detection and countermeasure processes.
