Qualifications

• Foundation in incident response and security events.
• Knowledge of ATT&CK framework and threat vectors.
• Understanding of Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Experience with network logs and security telemetry.
• Familiarity with cloud security and Microsoft 365 security.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer communications as the first contact.
• Produce written and verbal findings to customers and internal teams.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and artifacts to determine scope of compromise.
• Investigate suspicious 365 activity, contain threats, guide remediation.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes.
