Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents across environments. You will triage detections, perform forensic work, and coordinate remediation while communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Remote-friendly with ties to San Antonio, TX, and a 4x10 schedule. Candidates should have incident handling experience, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and skills in malware analysis, OS fundamentals, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on incident response experience across hosts and customers.
• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK in investigations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and artifacts to determine root cause and scope of breaches.
• Contain threats and provide actionable remediation guidance to customers.
• Communicate findings clearly during incident response activities.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Produce professional written and verbal customer communications.
