Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated security analysts to detect, investigate, and respond to incidents for global customers. You will triage detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate containment and remediation.

You will analyze telemetry, conduct forensics, and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams. A BA/BS in a security-related field and hands-on IR experience are expected, with a 4x10

Qualifications

• BA or BS / MA or MS in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Experience with scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Ability to apply AI tools to incident response workflows.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and artifacts to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity including BEC and AITM attacks, contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Deliver clear customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
