Job summary

Research Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Director of Business Development to lead the Offensive Cyber BD portfolio across Melbourne, FL; St. Petersburg, FL; and San Antonio, TX.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI upgrade ability, full-time employment, and travel up to 25%. You will direct capture strategy, develop growth pipelines, and coordinate with programs, contracts, and finance to win programs in defense and homeland security.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in BD or capture management with proposal development.
• Led and won contracts ranging from $1M+ to $100M.
• Strong network within DoW and IC with success in Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO)/CNO programs.
• Experience translating vague customer desires into executable requirements and risks.
• Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Process and contract types (IDIQ, CPFF, FFP, T&M, OTA/OTPs).

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a full BD and capture portfolio in Offensive Cyber.
• Develop growth strategies and pipeline across existing and new customers.
• Identify and lead strategic campaigns to win contracts or task orders.
• Serve as primary BD contact with customers and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs to create prototypes and demos to advance pursuits.
• Coordinate with management, strategy, engineering, contracts, and finance.
• Attend industry and government events to support Cyber LoB growth.
• Travel ~25% to meet customers and support events.
• Lead new pursuits in CNO leveraging RII tech like AI for vulnerability research.
