Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an Offensive Cyber Director to lead a diverse portfolio of cyber programs, delivering advanced capabilities in support of national security and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field.
• 8+ years managing complex cyber, IT, or defense programs.
• Experience in offensive or cyber operations domains.
• Strong understanding of cyber operations, vulnerability research, exploit development, tooling pipelines, and mission workflows.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with POLY to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-program offensive cyber portfolio including R&D and rapid prototyping.
• Oversee scope, cost, schedule, and performance across programs.
• Engage government stakeholders and shape future opportunities.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, operators, and analysts.
• Forecast budgets, staffing, and resource needs for the portfolio.
• Develop program roadmaps with milestones and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security, policy, and classification requirements.
• Support capture, proposals, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal leads on capability development and enterprise alignment.
• Report program health and financial status to senior leadership.
