Job description

We are seeking aCyara IVR Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in contact center technologies and IVR testing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of IVR systems while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for IVR systems.
• Verify and validate the performance, reliability, and functionality of IVR platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
• Develop and document comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ensure adherence to the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Utilize Cyara modules including Velocity, Cruncher, and Pulse for automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IVR performance and customer experience.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and contribute to best practices in IVR testing.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center technologies and IVR testing (manual or automated via Cyara).
• Strong understanding of IVR, Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, and Workforce Management (WFM) concepts.
• Proficiency in Cyara Velocity, Cruncher, and Pulse modules.
• Solid knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
