Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Detroit is seeking an experienced QA Engineer focused on IVR automation. You will design and execute CYRA-based test scripts, build regression suites, and validate call flows across CXone and Genesys Cloud while coordinating with customers and vendors for issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in contact center tech and IVR testing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in testing any IVR platform (manual and Cyara).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and should work directly with customers/vendors.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute CYRA automated test scripts.
Build automated suites for regression, smoke, and functional testing.
Validate IVR behavior, call routing, prompts, error flows, DTMF/ASR/TTS.
Analyze CYRA reports and troubleshoot failures.
Validate call recording triggers across CXone and Genesys Cloud; identify call drops, latency, IVR delay, queue buildup, system bottlenecks.
Load & Performance Testing using CYRA or external tools to simulate high-volume calls.
Experience in voice load testing with tools like CYRA, Hammer, or custom generators.
Simulate concurrent calls and monitor system performance.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and reusable scripts.
Perform end-to-end customer journey testing for voice and digital channels.
