Qualifikationen

• 5+ years supporting NICE CXone or NICE InContact.
• Experience with CXone IVR scripting and configuration.
• Strong API/integration experience across enterprises.

• Create, maintain, and update CXone IVR scripts/code using CXone Studio and Snippets.
• Support CXone integration including screen-pops and omnichannel routing.
• Configure agents, skills, hours, reporting, and call flows on the CXone platform.
• Lead implementation tasks and mentor other team members.
• Collaborate with business customers to understand requirements.
