Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years supporting NICE CXone or NICE InContact.
• Ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer NICE CXOne and Ring Central environments.
• Configure agents, skills, call queues, schedules, and reporting.
• Integrate CXone with channels (email, chat, SMS) and monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot issues during go-live and operation.
• Collaborate with business customers and analysts to gather requirements.
