Job summary

Vimo in Mountain View, CA seeks a Telecom Engineer to configure and support NICE CXone deployments across multiple business units, implementing IVR and call routing and ensuring high availability.

You will work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and integrate CXone with other systems, applying scripting in CXOne Studio and languages like Python or Bash to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone including ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Omnichannel, WFM, Interaction Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IVR, call routing across all channels based on business requirements.
• Manage multiple NICE BUs and provide periodic updates to customers and contact center management.
• Ensure smooth operation of telephony services and integrations with other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to contact center and other teams.
• Monitor system performance for high availability and reliability.
