Pregis is seeking an IT Manager of Customer Experience in Chicago to partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT to deliver digital capabilities that support customer engagement and business growth.

You translate business needs into clear requirements, plan and manage projects, and coordinate vendor and internal resources to ensure CRM, CPQ, CMS, mobile, and data/analytics tools deliver measurable value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in information technology, digital solutions, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years leading projects, workstreams, vendors, or cross-functional resources.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and data/analytics tools.
• Proven project management across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to nontech audiences.
