Signify, including Cooper Lighting Solutions, is hiring a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist in Peachtree City, GA. You will own strategic customer solutions, lead logistics consolidation, and analyze data to drive improvements in the customer supply chain.

The role requires a BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or Analytics, plus experience turning data into insights and strong Excel skills. This position is on-site in Peachtree City with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or Analytics.
• Experience converting data into actionable insights.
• Strong Excel and analytics background (V-lookups, VBA, Macros).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary owner for customer solutions to boost experience and support company objectives.
• Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight and improve delivery.
• Monitor conversion performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze customer, logistics, returns and recovery data for trends and risks.
• Act as Category Manager for Stock & Flow at Cooper Lighting Solutions.
