Job summary

Signify, including Cooper Lighting Solutions, is seeking a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist in Peachtree City, GA.

You will own strategic customer solutions, lead logistics consolidation to cut freight costs, monitor conversion performance, analyze data for trends, and act as a Stock & Flow Category Manager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS ideally with a mix of Business, Supply Chain and Analytics.
• Experience (internships, full time) converting data into actionable insights.
• Strong Excel and Analytical tools background (V-lookups, VBA, Macros, etc)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business owner for strategic customer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience while supporting company objectives.
• Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight expense, improve delivery performance, and simplify the customer supply chain.
• Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve future implementations.
• Analyze customer, logistics, returns, and recovery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a Category Manager for the Stock & Flow business at Cooper Lighting Solutions.

• Salary: $93,000- $136,000 based on experience


• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
