Job summary

Signify in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Finance Business Partner to co-manage the business and support Connected Buildings and Connected Segments. You will partner with product management and marketing to drive growth and profitability, perform financial analysis on sales, pricing and margins, and lead forecasting and budgeting processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 8+ years in Finance/FP&A, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, is the world leader in lighting.

As a Finance Business Partner you’ll be responsible for co-managing the business, supporting our Connected Buildings and Connected Segments.

• Partner with Businesss Leaders including Product Management and Marketing leaders to drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis on sales, pricing, margins, and business performance.
• Support financial evaluation of new product launches and capital investment decisions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Build data-driven insights and recommendations using Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Accounting.

• Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and partnership with cross-functional leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience supporting forecasting, planning, and business decision‑making.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $125,450 -$167,260 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
