Job summary
Signify seeks a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist for Peachtree City, GA. You will own strategic customer solutions to enhance the experience while aligning with company goals, and lead logistics consolidation to cut freight costs and boost delivery performance.
Responsibilities include analyzing data on customers, logistics, returns, and recovery to spot trends and improvement opportunities, and acting as a Category Manager for Stock & Flow at Cooper Lighting Solutions.
Qualifications
- BA/BS ideally with a mix of Business, Supply Chain and Analytics Experience converting data into insights.
- Strong Excel and Analytical tools background (V-lookups, VBA, Macros, etc).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business owner for strategic customer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight expense and improve delivery performance.
- Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve implementations.
- Analyze customer, logistics, returns, and recovery data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
- Act as a Category Manager for Stock & Flow at Cooper Lighting Solutions.
