Signify, including Cooper Lighting Solutions, is hiring a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist in Peachtree City, GA. You will own strategic customer solutions, lead logistics consolidation, and analyze data to drive improvements in the customer supply chain.

The role requires a BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or Analytics, plus experience turning data into insights and strong Excel skills. This position is on-site in Peachtree City with a comprehensive benefits package.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist in Peachtree City, GA with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Serve as the primary business owner for strategic customer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience while supporting company objectives.
• Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight expense, improve delivery performance, and simplify the customer supply chain.
• Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve future implementations.
• Analyze customer, logistics, returns, and recovery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a Category Manager for the Stock & Flow business at Cooper Lighting Solutions.

• Salary: $93,000- $136,000 based on experience
• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
