Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Google GECX Specialist to design and implement end-to-end GECX solutions in client environments. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and help delivery teams through the entire project lifecycle.

You will apply expertise in Conversational AI, CCaaS, and cloud platforms to craft scalable, enterprise-grade AI agents and CCaaS configurations, while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, with a focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, agent scorecard etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Plan, estimate and manage delivery with an Agile approach, coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore resources.
