Job summary

Digital Asset, headquartered in New York, is seeking a CX Solution Design Lead to guide a focused team of consultants and contribute to Canton Network implementations. The role bridges client advisory with software delivery, translating priorities into clear goals and actionable plans.

You will lead workshops, create business analyses, and educate clients on privacy-enabled blockchains while managing day-to-day client relationships and Agile governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or application development management with hands-on analysis.
• 2+ years direct people management or team leadership experience.
• 7+ years Agile experience with enterprise software development and delivery.
• Knowledgeable in fintech and blockchain, with smart contract awareness.
• Outstanding client relationship skills and trusted advisory capability.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to design complex processes.
• Ability to align technology designs to a business case.
• Ability to facilitate design sessions and prioritize roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Strong project/program management with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable, fast-paced problem-solver in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in financial services or capital markets domain.
• BS or MS in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day execution of a focused team of CX consultants and solution designers; manages performance.
• Bridges tactical priorities and front-line client execution; enforces core advisory and software delivery processes.
• Breaks down client priorities into clear goals and actionable delivery plans; manages workload.
• Balances direct contribution with people management responsibilities.
• Creates and reviews high-quality business analysis and functional requirements using UML, user stories, and Gherkin.
• Delivers CX services to clients; leads workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives.
• Educates clients and the team about the Canton Network and privacy-enabled blockchains.
• Manages day-to-day client relationships for project engagements; handles client-facing support.
• Owns project management and Agile governance (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Provides upward feedback to leadership, identifying tactical risks early.
