Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Senior CX Software Engineer to lead production-ready software delivery for the Canton Network. You will work directly with clients, stand in for senior leadership, and drive architecture and implementation across distributed systems.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, strong financial services knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. The position offers competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits with flexible working

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience and ability to ship production-ready applications.
Ability to ramp up quickly on new frameworks, languages, or cloud platforms as project needs.
Experience leading technical execution, code reviews, and architectural best practices.
Experience working with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and explain concepts.

Responsibilities

Propose robust client solutions using design thinking and patterns like CQRS and event sourcing.
Work across languages and testing approaches; interview technical candidates; select client approaches.
Identify bottlenecks and remediate performance issues in client solutions.
Learn new features, integrate them into DA Product components, and provide actionable feedback.
Monitor health of systems and manage deployment and tuning in cloud environments.
