Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Technical Lead to guide the Application Development team's technical implementation of enterprise software, including blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure. You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure design.

The role requires hands-on full-stack expertise, including Java/Spring Boot backend and Web3 integrations, with experience in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience focusing on backend (Java/Spring Boot).
• Experience owning end-to-end blockchain/DLT solutions, including transaction lifecycle and event processing.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) using TypeScript/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical direction of a squad with Architect alignment.
• Drive delivery of scalable, secure solutions with quality and performance.
• Build test automation across the full stack and enforce engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance and reliability in cloud environments.
• Implement blockchain integrations and manage wallet/custody interactions and signing workflows.
• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts with secure practices and audit-friendly logging.
• Mentor engineers on blockchain/Web3 concepts and integration patterns.
• Guide architectural discussions, code reviews, and security decisions.
