Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud CX Functional Lead to own end‑to‑end CX design, configuration, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Sales and Operations to align Oracle CX across Sales, CPQ, Field Service, and related modules, driving value and minimal customization.

The role requires deep Oracle CX expertise and a product ownership mindset, serving as the primary contact for business partners in a lean team environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud CX experience in Sales, Service and CPQ.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Oracle Cloud CX certification preferred; Sales/CPQ/Field Service desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with Sales and Operations process owners and users as primary functional contact.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications through configuration, workflow changes, or integrations with minimal customization.
• Provides domain input into IT planning cycles, backlog reviews, and prioritization.
• Maintains a prioritized CX enhancement backlog aligned with business value and IT capacity.
• Approves and reviews material CX configuration changes—CPQ pricing/product rules, field service logic, approvals, mappings.
• Manages quarterly Oracle CX update cycle: review notes, assess impact, coordinate regression testing, ensure clean adoption.
